This is a sample layout of a candidate privacy notice. The final text is prepared and approved by the employment agency as the data controller.
Who processes the data
The data controller is the employment agency running the recruitment. In this demo version it is the fictional agency XYZ Recruitment.
What data we collect
- first name and phone number,
- email address, if you provide it,
- answers to questions about working conditions,
- preferred contact language and time,
- information about which campaign brought you to the site.
Purpose
The data is used to contact you about the selected job offer and to carry out the recruitment.
Where the data goes
Your application is sent directly to the agency’s system. The technical provider of the website does not keep copies of applications.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data or restrict its processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland).
